3. Booking and Appointment

If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including cash, debit, and credit cards.

Our pricing is competitive and reflects the quality of service provided. All estimates are provided prior to the commencement of work and are subject to change based on the scope of the project.

5.2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for securing any fragile items or valuable possessions prior to service. Gardener Mortlake is not liable for any items that are not properly secured.
6. Health and Safety
Our team adheres to strict health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Clients are expected to comply with any safety rules or regulations specific to their property.
6.1. COVID-19 Protocols
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Gardener Mortlake has implemented additional safety measures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and regular sanitation of tools and equipment.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date must be settled immediately.

Gardener Mortlake shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, civil commotion, statutory requirement, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of Gardener Mortlake.

In the event of a force majeure, Gardener Mortlake will notify clients as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to resume services once the event has passed.
15. Feedback and Complaints
